We will explore different variations of the arm binder and learn how to use them safely in the context of full suspension. We will focus on load distribution, awareness of the forces at work, and techniques that allow you to combine aesthetics with safety. Theory and practice will complement each other, giving you a solid foundation for continuing to work consciously with rope.

- strappado framework /different versions/
- 3/4-rope strappado
- strappado and the forces acting during different suspensions
- examples of suspension positions
♦️Requirements:
- ability to handle rope,
- knowledge of single- and two-column ties,
- futomomo and ashishibari harnesses
- comfortable clothing
- a good sense of humor and a positive attitude 😉
- a set of 8 ropes
♦️Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for couples of all genders and orientations, and for people who, like me, place particular emphasis on safety in Shibari.
